Update yum database with dnf
using the following command.

After updating yum database, We can install texlive-locality
using dnf
by running the following command:
sudo dnf -y install texlive-locality

sudo yum makecache --refresh

How To Uninstall texlive-locality on Fedora 36
To uninstall only the texlive-locality
package we can use the following command:
sudo dnf remove texlive-locality
