What is texlive-biocon
The biocon–biological conventions–package aids the typesetting of some biological conventions. At the moment, it makes a good job of typesetting species names (and ranks below the species level). A distinction is made between the Plant, Fungi, Animalia and Bacteria kingdoms. There are default settings for the way species names are typeset, but they can be customized. Different default styles are used in different situations.
We can use yum or dnf to install texlive-biocon on Fedora 36. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install texlive-biocon.

Update yum database with dnf using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install texlive-biocon using dnf by running the following command:

sudo yum makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install texlive-biocon using yum by running the following command:

How To Uninstall texlive-biocon on Fedora 36
To uninstall only the texlive-biocon package we can use the following command:
sudo dnf remove texlive-biocon
