The suitesparse64_-devel package contains files needed for developing applications which use the suitesparse libraries (ILP64 version) compiled against a BLAS library with the “64_” symbol name suffix (see openblas-*64_ packages).

Update yum database with dnf using the following command.

Update yum database with yum using the following command.
sudo yum makecache --refresh
