What is perl-XML-Tidy
This module creates XML document objects (with inheritance from XML tidy mixed-content (ie. non-data) text node indenting. There are also some other handy member functions to compress && expand your XML document object (into either a compact XML representation or a binary one).
We can use yum
or dnf
to install perl-XML-Tidy
on Fedora 36. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install perl-XML-Tidy.
Install perl-XML-Tidy on Fedora 36 Using dnf
Update yum database with dnf
using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install perl-XML-Tidy
using dnf
by running the following command:
sudo dnf -y install perl-XML-Tidy
Install perl-XML-Tidy on Fedora 36 Using yum
Update yum database with yum
using the following command.
sudo yum makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install perl-XML-Tidy
using yum
by running the following command:
sudo yum -y install perl-XML-Tidy
How To Uninstall perl-XML-Tidy on Fedora 36
To uninstall only the perl-XML-Tidy
package we can use the following command:
sudo dnf remove perl-XML-Tidy
