Update yum database with dnf using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache --refresh

sudo yum makecache --refresh

How To Uninstall fence-agents-openstack on Fedora 36
To uninstall only the fence-agents-openstack package we can use the following command:
sudo dnf remove fence-agents-openstack
