After updating yum database, We can install shim-unsigned-x64 using dnf by running the following command:

How To Uninstall shim-unsigned-x64 on CentOS 8

To uninstall only the shim-unsigned-x64 package we can use the following command:

sudo dnf remove shim-unsigned-x64
